Each estate only had one vote for each group. The meeting wasn't good the had a meeting 175 years later. The 3rd estate paid all of the taxes. They could have everyone vote and not as a group. They could make the meetings every few month instead of years. They could make everyone pay taxes equally and not have on group pay most of it.

They haven't meet in 175 years, so they were outdated. The estates cast only one vote as a group, which is a bad thing. The third estate carries all the taxes. From now on they need to meet more frequently, instead of one vote they need more people to vote individually, and the first and second estate need to help the third estate pay taxes evenly.

The government hasn't met in over 175 years. A way to solve this is to meet more often so there could be more agreements. Each estate has one vote as a group; the third estate has over one million people and only get one vote. A way to fix this problem is to have a democracy, allow everyone to vote. The third estate also has to be the ones to give taxes to the government even though they are the poorest estate. The government needs to tax everyone instead of the poor so there is fairness for all.
