Rosie the Riveter is the female icon of WWII. She represents a strong, confident woman. J. Howard Miller created the image "We Can Do It!". There is a song called "Rosie the Riveter" in 1943. Norman Rockwell's Rosie looked different than Miller's.

Rosie the Riveter was the female icon of WWII. She was the female GI Joe. She has big muscles and she is messy. They made new woman sized shoes. She cradles a giant riveter in her arms. The picture resembles a Micheal Angelo painting.

Rosie the Riveter is the home front equivalent of G.I. Joe. We can do it initially had no connection with Rosie. On the Norman Rockwell version she was over-sized and dirty. She's feminine but has man sized arms and is wearing men's clothes.

Rosie is the woman on the "We can do it " poster. Two depictions of rosie were almost identical. One of the most popular illustrators, Rockwell, Norman, made the We Can Do It poster. The rockwell poster showed a broad woman with goggles and shield. She had a leather arm band and no engagement ring. She also wore overalls. She is wearing loafers as well. All of her pins represent a certain thing to represent good things she had done.

Rosie the Riveter was the female headline of WW2. She was the sign of a strong woman that would still do their best to fight in the war despite not being a man. Her character was created to show the woman's ability to be independent and strong enough to turn away from the grasp of Hitler.

Rosie the Riveter was a female icon of WWII. She was the female equivalent of GI Joe. She represented any women defense worker. She was a riveter that broke a record of the amount of rivets added in the least amount of time. Riveting took skill and strength. She is over sized and is big and dirty. She wears a leather armband for protection. She has no wedding band. She is wearing overalls. She is also wearing loafers. She cradles a large riveting gun in her lap, while Hitler's book is underneath, showing that she will do anything to crush Hitler. She has a visor that looks like a halo. She is also eating. Rosie the Riveter is the female icon of WW2. She represents any women worker. The image was used to try and get more people to work. They even made a song about her. Many women names Rose gained fame during this time. They did great things. The Rockwell illustration was very different to the original image. She is oversized and brawny. She is also dirty, had many metals, wore loafers, and had an iron arm band. The image is seen to be very similar to a painting done by Michelangelo.

Rosie the Riveter is the female icon of ww2. There was a song written for Rosie the Riveter, after this Norman Rockwell did a picture where Rosie was “larger than life”. She has pins for blood donation, victory, and her id badge. She is wearing loafers and overalls, which women did not generally wear before ww2. Mein Kampf is under her feet. She is wearing blush, lipstick, and nail polish. She is posed like a Michelangelo painting. The riveters worked in pairs, one Riveter and one bucker.

Female icon of WWII, represents any woman defense worker. Federal Government encouraged more people to go to work. "We Can Do It" was not directly affiliated to Rosie, rather an advertisement to get more women to work for the war efforts. Riveters worked in pairs, a riveter and a bucker, to put rivets in and smooth them out. She was big and brone with protection on her wrist, overalls on, loafers with foot protection, a large riveting gun, pins on her lapel, masculine, and an american flag background. She is still feminine with her lipstick and makeup on.

Rosie, known as Rosie the Riveter, was a woman who believed women could work just as well as men. She is big and dirty. She wears loafers and has many bands on her sleeve. These stand for blood donations and various other selfless acts. Although she dresses in overalls like a man, she is also wearing makeup and lipstick. Rosie stands for the equality of women and men. She also resembles Michelangelo, however, instead of a free hand, she is holding a sandwich.

Rosie the Riveter was the female icon of World War Two. She represented women who worked to help with the war. J. Howard Miller first created the image "Rosie the Riveter" with the phrase "We can do it." Rosie also came from the song "Rosie the Riveter". Norman Rockwell then popularized Rosie by putting her on a magazine cover. However, copyright restrictions made it so Miller's image appeared more. In Howard's image, Rosie is very muscular, has on makeup and lipstick, and wears pants, loafers, goggles, carries a riveting gun, and sits her feet upon a copy of Hitler's book "Mein Kampf". The image of Rosie also resembles Michealangelo's prophet Isaiah.

Rosie the Riveter represents any women defense worker. Redd Evans and John Jacob Loeb made a song about Rosie the Riveter in the 40s. Riveting was a two person job, requiring a "riveter" and "bucker". On one Rosie the Riveter image, Rosie wears goggles and a shield, rivet gun, a leather arm band, and she is stepping on a copy of "Mein Kampf". She also has feminine aspects, especially around her head. She closely resembles one of Michaelangelo's paintings from the Sistine Chapel.

Rosie the Riveter is the female worker during the WWII. Miller created the iconic picture of Rosie who says, "We can do it!" Women were encouraged to be a part of the war effort in America. It was a big change from how women contributed to society before and wasn't considered the "norm".

Rosie the Riverter is the female icon of WWII. She is the face of any strong, hardworking woman that contributed to the war. In 1943, a song was written and titled “Rosie the Riveter”. The image appeared on magazine covers, mugs, and mousepads. The picture depicts Rosie in overalls, loafers, Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” under her feet, a riveter gun across her lap, and no wedding ring. Besides her “manly” outer appearance, the picture also shows Rosie’s feminine side with her bright lips and rosy cheeks and food (women, home, food). The picture was to show how strong women actually are and how they can do whatever any man can.

Rosie is a women's rights activist. In a picture Rosie is wearing men's clothing but she is still feminine with painted nails and curly red hair. She had on worker shoes that weren't produced for women originally. Rosie also had badges for accomplishments on her shirt. Under her foot was Adolf Hitler's book, Mein Kampf, which resembled that she was helping to crush Hitler and the Nazi Party.
