I agree because if you learn something faster you can learn more in a smaller amount of time which will give you an advantage over someone

Thin legs mean it takes less energy to run. Growing up at high altitude produces great endurance.

I agree with this because although you might be born with more athletic ability than others, you still have to practice to achieve your goals.
