The article I read was called 'How to Stop Overreacting to the Small Stuff". First off I read this because I do get triggered to little things and reading the article it explains that if you are easily triggered to the small stuff your usually stressed. After overreacting you get more mad and it causes more stress and anxiety, so they give you methods to learn what your triggers are. Once you know what sets you off you can better control your overreacting. Before overreacting take a moment a d breathe and cool down, then realize what your getting ticked off at or over and avoid that situation.
