It has been made aware that there are foods that are not good for us.Processed foods can affect how you sleep, think, feel, and react. This is especially true when you have brain problems such as a concussion, autism, ALS, etc. Omega 3 fatty acids are good for you though. So in that case things like walnuts, chia seeds, krill oil, sardines, and tuna help the brain.

in the past 10 years many studies have showed that if you have had a brain injury or have brain condition, then the things that you eat can determine how well you sleep, act, think, and other things. Things like the food pyramid have been transformed into the food circle, and people have looked into things like trans fats, GMO's, artificial sweeteners and many other things that effect brain injuries. People have also looked into foods and fatty acids that could help with inflammation and brain injuries, like if you were to have a TDI coconut oil has a fatty acid in that reduces inflammation and swelling.

Foods, especially processed foods, can effect how you sleep, think, feel, and react. This is even more true if you have been diagnosed with; traumatic brain injury, concussion, stroke, aneurysm, Parkinson disease, etc. Certain things help your brain, and can reduce inflammation. While there are some foods that will increase inflammation. The food you eat will eventually enter your blood stream. After going through brain surgery, you're brain will not be quite the same.

Some food would react positive, some act negative for your body. When an injury to your brain occurs, any thing from just like a concussion could appear. All Omega-3 and trans fats foods are not good for your brain. Also, they talk about what will be good for your brain in many ways which is not Omega-3 foods.

If you have to have brain surgery, you will not come out from surgery the same person as you once entire.More and more clinical trials have shown how different foods, especially processed foods, effect how you sleep, think, feel and even react. Certain foods can affect, and even worsen dysregulation in these areas. Food such as refined cooked sugar, corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, alcohol, wine, and beer all fall into this category. However, eating foods that contain Omega-3 fatty acids, such as flax seed, chia seed, krill oil, walnuts, butter from grass-fed cows, sockeye salmon, sardines, and tuna help the brain.
