Phineas is a major success story. He got involved in a very severe and almost fatal car crash which left him in a way that the doctors thought was just inhumane. But Phineas stayed strong and basically did all the impossible the doctors listed off to him.

The article is about Phineas' long road back to the way it was before the accident and on how he took it step by step and had to remember why he was in a bed and why his wife and boss were in the same room looking at him in a hospital bed.

The article taught me that not all accidents are fatal and it is important to focus on the positive sometimes because it just might get you through a hopeless time.

I thought it was cool that after such a traumatic experience and being in a coma for 34 days he was able to run his own business and was able to develop new skills.

Phineas was in a coma for an extended amount of time after his car flipped over 6 times when he got hit by a girl who lost control of her girl racing her boyfriend. They thought he would not live, but he did. Then they though he would not be able to feed himself and similar things, but he did. He even fixed his personality flaws after awakening from the coma.

I thought it was really cool that he recovered from the coma and actually developed skills he didn't have before the incident.

It is crazy how he survived an accident that put him in a coma for 34 days. Trying to remember what really happened would be a struggle to know or not to know because knowing that you made it out is a blessing.

Phineas Gage is a man that was in a car accident. He was in a coma for over a month, but he woke up.He was able to speak, but no one could understand him. I found that it was cool how he developed more skills when he woke.

Phineas was in a car accident that rolled his car over 6 times and left him suffering from a tramatic brain injury. Doctors thought he wasnt going to live, walk, or ever be able to feed himself IF he lived, but he proved them wrong. After a long recovery with a lot of help, he became a better him with more skills.
