If I was put in the teacher situation, I would continue for the first few times but once the learner starting complaining about their heart problem I would have stopped.

If i was put in there situation, I would have stopped and left. Because it's not the right thing to do and it's messed up

Even if the authority among me is telling me to keep going, I would've stopped shocking the learner. It is not in my nature to hurt someone, even if I am told I have to do it. It is not right.

If i was the one giving the shock, as soon as i heard that i was shocking someone for getting a wrong answer i would've left.

I would have stopped. I don't think I could have inflict extreme pain on someone.

As the teacher, I hope I would have stopped at the painful cries for help inflicted on another human being. I think I would have stopped and walked away.

The bottom line paragraph talked about how it's in our nature to obey authority. We tend to think that we personally are above all that – humans like you and I are highly motivated to think that we would do the right thing.

If I was in the teachers place, I would have stopped once the shocks escalated to a higher voltage. Once I had "shocked the person" a second time, I would have tried to motivate them to do better on the next question I would have walked out.

I would not obey the instructor. If I was already paid, and I knew that there wasn't going to be any consequences for my disobedience, then I would just stop, or walk out.

If I were in this situation I would have followed directions as I was given. It couldn't be that dangerous since they are allowing it to happen.

If I was in the teachers position,I would have taken the money then left because they already were paid and all. They were paid to show up,not paid to participate the experiment and inflict pain.

If I were in the situation where the teacher participants were in, i would leave the experiment or refuse to follow or go along with their instructions because the action was inhumane since I have no idea what is going to happen to the other subjects, because they might die or injured severely.
